Registered Nurse
I am a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience including emergency medicine, women’s health, sexual health, forensic sexual assault and for the last six years specialising in youth health with a passion for at risk rangitahi.
I am passionate about nursing and advocating for my clients so that they receive equitable healthcare, my work currently includes child protection, sexual health, mental health, liaising with other services and brief intervention for mental health and addiction.
My biggest motivation for the work I do is walking alongside clients to help them achieve their goals and enable them to have a positive, therapeutic relationship with a healthcare worker.
