I am an integrative and systemic therapist with a passion for supporting children, youth, and families. My approach is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming, creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can move at their own pace and explore their emotional and psychological needs.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the Philippines (NZQA Recognised) and have studied a Master of Arts in Developmental Psychology, equipping me with a deep understanding of human development and the complexities of emotional and cognitive growth.

My aim is to empower clients to feel seen, heard, and supported as they work towards healing and resilience.
