Kia ora,

I’m Leticia. Originally from Brazil, I’ve been calling Aotearoa New Zealand home since 2017.

For over 20 years, I’ve worked with people across Human Resources, Wellbeing, and Counselling—supporting individuals through career transitions, burnout, grief, trauma stress, and meaningful personal change.

I hold a Psychology degree (Brazil) and am a Professional Member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC). I’m also a certified Master Health Coach through PreKure, with a strong interest in metabolic health and lifestyle-based approaches. I believe that small, sustainable shifts in things like nutrition, movement, sleep quality, and stress management can significantly support mental health and overall wellbeing.

My journey has taught me that wellbeing isn’t just one part of life—it’s the connection between our emotions, experiences, values, behaviours and the environment around us.

In my work, I combine evidence-based therapies—such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)—with practical coaching tools and a gentle, collaborative, mindset-focused approach. I aim to meet you exactly where you are and support you at a pace that feels right.
