Registered Counselling Psychologist
Kia Ora. Hello. Namaste.
I am deeply passionate about walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges.
As an overseas-trained doctor and first-generation migrant, I began my formal training in psychology at the Auckland University of Technology, under the guidance of some of the most experienced therapists in the field. Over the years, I have had the honour of supporting vulnerable individuals in various roles, including as a support worker, helpline counsellor, and psychologist.
I aim to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel heard and empowered to work toward meaningful change. My therapeutic approach draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). As a mindfulness practitioner, I also incorporate mindfulness-based strategies when appropriate to support growth and wellbeing.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward greater wellbeing.
