Bayley Walker

Counselling Social Worker

Hi, I’m Bayley. I’m a registered social work therapist with a particular interest in supporting people experiencing trauma, grief, anxiety and depression. I bring a warm, down-to-earth and collaborative approach to therapy, creating a space where you can feel genuinely heard without judgement.

I have an integrative approach to therapy, and I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT and motivational interviewing, tailoring therapy to suit your individual needs rather than a one-size-fits-all model. With experience across primary care, community mental health and therapeutic settings, I understand that people’s experiences are complex.

I work alongside you to make sense of what is happening, recognise your strengths, and find practical, meaningful ways forward at a pace that feels right for you.
