Jessica is a New Zealand Registered Dietitian with over 15 years’ experience helping people fuel well for health, performance, and everyday life. A former professional netballer, she brings a practical, down-to-earth approach to nutrition, combining evidence-based advice with real-world experience.
Jessica works with a wide range of clients, from young athletes and busy parents to those navigating health challenges or simply wanting more energy and confidence with food. Her mission is to help people build strong foundations and a positive relationship with food, so they can feel and perform at their best.
