I am a registered social worker in both New Zealand and the Philippines and I have been specialising in case management and mental health since 2018. I have a diverse experience in the field of social work and counselling which I gained from the Philippines, the United States, and New Zealand. I utilise a 360-lens perspective, recognising the deep interconnectedness of life’s various aspects and their impact on one’s overall well-being. I am dedicated to empowering my clients to build their confidence, navigate challenges with a growth mindset, and unlock their inner strengths to create long-term solutions for their concerns. I strive to provide a holistic, person-centred, and compassionate approach in my practice and I find joy in helping people of all walks of life.
