Anna Smith

Psychotherapist

Many people come to therapy when they feel stuck or when life feels unmanageable. Relationships may feel strained, old patterns keeprepeating, or anxious thoughts are overwhelming. Therapy offers a thoughtful, non-judgemental space that supports change through compassion, connection, and deeper understanding.

My style is warm, relational, and down-to-earth. I work psychodynamically, exploring how past experiences may have influenced you, with an attachment-based and trauma-informed lens. This can be especially helpful when working with trauma, addiction, relationship concerns, and exploring matters of identity and belonging.
